[SC-20K]: Sam Strafes from side to side fireing a barrage of bullets at his foes -- deals 3 wind damage to 3 targets. {Ballistic} (3 EP)
[Neck Snap]: Sam sneaks up behind a foe and snaps their neck. Can only be used if Sam gets the first strike in battle. Deals 4 physical damage, and, if used on a soldier, they die instantly. If used on a general, stun status is inflicted from trauma. (5 EP)
