Something that came from tunic-boy, eh?; [Needs Sonic (mod) and later Link (MC)]

Hm. So I have to get something from tunic-boy, at least according to 'faster-than-sound-hedgehog-Sonic.' Can one of his average intellect be trusted on this matter? Well, it seems he was right in saying I haven't been able to find anything in the books here. Considering that, I suppose I should go along with him, although I hope I won't regret that decision...

The prodigious young girl sits on her chair in front of a desk in her barracks, apparently formulating some sort of plan on a piece of parchment in front of her. It is in the late afternoon.

Alright... So, what time of the day should I sneak in? Daytime would render it less likely that he would be in his quarters, but at nighttime he would surely be asleep. Hmm... I think it's best that I not rely on luck to do this, so the nighttime seems the better choice. I'll do it tonight.

She jots down a few notes on the parchment before bringing her spotted feather quill pen up right next to her face in her right hand, her head slightly resting on her right elbow. Her eyes focus on nothing particular as she ponders her scheme...

He should undoubtedly be asleep once I come in, so if I simply tread lightly and grab a hair from his head - yes, that should do - I'll be one step closer to the antidote. But, I should probably devise a plan in case I were to wake him up - or if he is still awake for whatever reason. A somnifacient agent would probably be my best bet. Some simple sleep dust should do; that should be easy to make right here in the Sanctuary... well, provided it's as easy to make here as it was in Magvel. Hmm... But if I release it into the air, how do I prevent it from taking effect on me? Wait... Perhaps I could use one of those... what do they call them?... 'Gas masks'? I believe they had some down in the East Wing laboratories... Perfect. I'll just borrow one of them as I gather the ingredients for the simple sleep dust.

She writes a few more things down in her curly, small, and somewhat difficult-to-read handwriting.

Okay, so... If he's asleep, I simply walk over and take a stray hair. If he wakes up, I'll quickly put on the mask and open the dust vial. Oh, but first things first - better go down to the laboratories and see if things will work out with the mask and the dust ingredients.

Getting up, she opens her barrack doors and walks out, heading for the stairs leading down...

[Alright, so... Sonic's modding this, as he started it all. Link, it'd be nice if you'd come in later once I do get to Link's room, so you can (a) describe the room and (b) of course, act out your character (if he ever wakes up).]

As Lute walked down the stairs she was faced by another hallway, gee whiz. "So then I threw a grenade in his face and boom! I defeated the giant monster." "Riiiight. You always say that. Defeat some giant monster with your holy grenades." "It's true!" She noticed that a generic guard and a merc was walking around the hallways, guard duty or something. There was also a sign on the wall.

These signs are obviously placed here so as to aid the less intelligent group... I can easily find my way to the library, and this 'lab' is close by.

Paying no heed to the bickering guards, she turns to her left, proceeding to the library along the route she almost knows by heart at this point.

As she headed towards the library she was stopped by a sign and a wet floor infront of her.

"A wet floor, hm? Hah, that seems to be a fabricated excuse."

Yes, she had just talked to herself out loud, but this did not seem to bother her, or she didn't care.

Water on a floor is no hazard at all, even for one of mediocre wit...

She simply walks onto the floor, attempting to continue onwards the same way she always has, not really taking any extensive care in doing so.
