A radiant light shone upon a single spot outside of the Tower's Gate warehouse. Slowly, as if from the Heaven's themselfs, a woman lowered unto the moon. She was hovering down at an incredibly slow pace, horizontally as if she was resting happily. Which she was.

As Eirika's skyish blue hair softly rest upon the Tower's Gate concrete, she slowly began to come to her senses. She groggily opened both eyes, squinting greatly. She blinked, still not truly realizing what was happening before her. She rose her torso with her left arm, stretching the right out with a deep yawn. Tears formed about her eyes. "Where ... where am I?" She looked about herself, dazzled. Suddenly, the reality of the moment hit her.

"I'm ... I'm alive?!" She eyed her body with great astonishment. She looked at her hand as if it was covered in some alien substance, her eyes now fully opened. She brought her left heel back, lifting her body up with it as her base. She tripped forwards slightly, her legs not quite awake. Yet still ... she was ... incredibly surprised. How am I alive and well, she thought. I was slain ... wasn't I? She slowly staggered towards the Warehouse corner, grabbing onto the building's side for balance. She looked like a newborn, astonished at everything around her. The smell, the look, the sound, the touch. She could even taste the crisp air, all be it tainted with slight smog. She truly was alive ... again.

Nixos walked through a Dark Corridor, looking at Eirika. He was slightly curious as to her ressurection, but he had been revived, so he showed no signs of surpise. He walked over to the young woman, just looking at her, no signs of aggression or hate upon him what-so-ever. He just stood there, his hood covering his face. "Hey, I see you're alive again Eirika. I must admit, it's good to see a 'friendly' face."

Nixos's tone betrayed his words, but something told Eirika he was being as sincere as possible for a Nobody. He just looked at her, slowly removing his hood, his hair messily falling before his eyes. He swept it away from his eyes, just looking into Eirika's eyes. With his future planned out in his head, this was one of the first steps he needed to take. "What are your plans now?"

What was the point of guarding her emotions from him. If she did, he'd only back away from her ... curse her for being alive. If she didn't ... well ... she'd tried that with lack-luster results. What was the point of holding anything back, though. It was a lose lose situation.

Eirika let her right shoulder lean against the wall as her right palm wrapped around the opposing arm's shaft. It was a rather distant stance. She looked away from him, towards the blustery Tower's Gate sprawled below. The air was calming. "I don't quite know ... now that I'm back, It's hard to imagine. I was long and away from giving up hope ... but I don't think I ever imagined I'd be home so soon." Her eyes trailed up his coat and towards his eyes. Her lips were perking out, as if she was trying to look childish. "And what of you? I'd like to hear what you've been doing in my time upon the other side." She was genuinely interested in the going-ons of his life, though she was hoping that her face wasn't showing it.

Nixos just stared at Eirika, contemplating just how much he should tell her. He figured her should tell her as little as possible, unless she grew interested in his plans, and wanted to know. "Redemption." He'd tell her more, if he had a good enough reason to explain farther to her. He wasn't sure about Eirika still, since she was truelly the cause for his birth. He looked into her eyes, trying to pick at her soul, seeing what it held. Was she truelly an ally, or was it just another way to get to Drizzt again and hurt 'Sion'?

"Redemption for what?" damn! She slammed her right hand against her mouth. She had blurted what she was thinking, not meaning to sound so interested. And yet, speaking her mind may be the best thing at this moment. She did not know what to truly do in this type of situation, letting her feelings get the best of her whenever she spoke with Nixos. She'd not let that happen this time. She'd keep them as tightly knit as she could, so not to anger him. Angering him always brought bad endings to their conversations.

Eirika's hand slowly slid of of her lips, resting at her neck's base. She looked upon Nixos with playful eyes and a somewhat caring smile. The smile quickly faded into a blank expression. "Redemption ... for what?" The end of her sentence ended softly, as did her stare. She concealed her eyes behind silky smooth eyelids, letting her lips reveal a relaxed smile.

"I've come to realize all my actions as Nixos hasn't been the best, mainly for me. Sion won't be returning, his existence is pretty much shattered. Fragments of him exist in the hearts of his friends, but himself as a being is shattered and gone. I have his memories still, and with those in my head, I plan on questing for redemption, to make up for all the pain and suffering I've recently caused." Nixos just stared at Eirika, his face and tone still betraying his words. Eirika could probably guess that he was sincere, and that he truly meant what he said, but then again, she had grown so cautious around him.

A quick and sharp pain in her heart, that made her slightly twitch. All about her body she could feel a slight sting. Goosebumps is what they called them. The words that escaped from his mouth ... the moment he said Sion was dead ... this feeling gripped her. A feeling of deep sorrow and sadness. It was an ideal that had not truly registered with her until this point. The thought of him never returning. But, for now, she'd have to bottle up this feeling and press onwards. She gripped her arm yet again, swallowing deep the saliva that had encased the innards of her mouth.

Eirika shifted her body so that her back rest against the building's side. She crossed her arms, letting both palms press against the opposing one's biceps. Her eyes were half open, or half closed. Really, there was little way to tell, and little difference ethire way. With her lips pressed firmly together she pondered upon her coming words. What she said to him was crucial. Do I ... ask him if I may aid him? But then you shall sound too desperate. But then with the added time together I could perhaps convince him to at least think upon allowing Sion return to this world ... do I ... do I dare propose? She quickly turned her head towards him, eyes carefully looking into his own. Then, just as quick as she had turned it before, she did it once more. Her eyes shifted from side to side, conflicting with her inner most emotions. Finally, she found the courage to at least say a few words. "Who are you taking with you?" Her statement was a bit empty, with little to no undertone.

"I know what you're thinking. You think by aiding me, Sion might again rise, correct? Well, again, he's pretty much dead. His heart has been surcomed to so much darkness, that he has overall become me. I am Sion, yet I am now called Nixos. I am speaking as Sion at the moment though. I shall keep the name Nixos, yet I shall be reborn with this redepmtion completely different from either. Hate, anger, and pain will not be what fuels me anymore." Nixos looked at Eirika, smiling as best he could. He hoped she'd understand what he meant by Sion being dead. He wasn't persay dead, he just wasn't going to be the one in control anymore. His appearance after the redemption will still heavily resemble Nixos, and his name would still be Nixos, but his personality would be even kinder and more gentle, unless threatened or thrown into a fight, than Sion's had been.

How he knew her mindset was the least of her worlds thoughts. She looked at him, yet he knew not if it was towards his general direction or directly at him. Her eyes shifted far to much for it to be ethire one. Her torso was now leaning forward, her hands clasped together behind her rear end. Her calculative eyes shifted right, then left, then right, then sprawled off towards the left again. Her lips were slightly open as she mumbled short thoughts into the air, not really thinking upon her words. For a moment, she looked down, though her eyes still shifted from side to side. Then suddenly, she smiled, nodding her head happily.

Eirika stood upright, one leg supporting her as she spin in a full circle. Her hands stayed fixed upon her back as she ended her turns, facing Nixos directly. Never before had the Nobody Nixos seen her in this light. She seemed pleasant. Happy. This was her natural state. "If Sion isn't coming back ... then ... I guess there's not much I can do." She ran past him playfully, spinning round once more to meet him yet again. "But if you're willing to change, there's no reason why you should do it alone." She winked, smiling so widely her mouth opened almost fully. She giggled and span, letting her hands release as they dangled around along with her. They chased each other down in an elegant display of joy and child-like wonder. "I'll help you," she said, stopping her silly spins. "I can't allow you to go it alone." She looked as happy as a young child on Christmas day. She was so incredibly joyous, it could be considered overly optimistic. And yet, there was a certain air about her. An air of radiant ecstasy.

Nixos just watched this entire display without one second of shock. He wasn't phased by this display at all, for he knew Eirika would be slightly joyous, but this was more than Nixos had anticipated. He just looked at her, and raised his hood back up, wondering what her reaction would be next. "Would Drizzt be alright with you journeying with me for redemption? I do not wish for you to do something that will affect your relationship with him. You choose him for a reason, and I've grown to, although rather reluctantly at first, accept it."

She stooped, her expression growing rather serious. She turned away from Nixos, perhaps hiding her face ... or perhaps her tears, if she had any. "Drizzt and I have ... come to an understanding," her fist balled slightly, then released, "and I ... we have agreed to something." She turned towards Nixos, smiling. There were no tears to be seen. Her eyes were very gentle, perhaps even fragile ... but there were no tears trickling from them. "Nixos ... I vow to help you. I vow to never stop helping you until you achieve your goal. And if they be as you have so said, then there shall be no problem in my mind to follow you." She took a step closer, bending her knee to him. It was as if she was pledging allegiance to him. "I will follow you to the ends of the Multiverse, until you see it fit to cast me aside. I am your tool. Use me to your liking." Eirika's head was lowered to Nixos as she recited her vows, her elegant blue hair covering her face in a veil like fashion. One arm rested upon the front-most knee, as the other's palm was to her side, pressed hard against the ground. "Will you accept ... this vow?"

Nixos listened to this vow as she spoke it, trying to pick out the true meaning of it. HE had a small hint in there the meaning of the vow, and smiled faintly, nodding softly. "I only accept parts of it. You will not be my tool, nor will you be used to my liking. You shall be my partner in this journey than. You are my friend, my ally, and that is all you shall be. A friendship isn't one person using the other as a tool, but two people that co-exist equally."

Nixos smiled more, walking over to her, and just standing there, knowing that there was still light in him, just like Sora had told him. Maybe the youn heroic keyblader was right, and Roxas had been wrong all this time. It was too late to undo what he had done, but he knew he could still redeem himself, and that was his goal. "I too promise to assit you in the search of Zak, under the condition I may teach him magic."

Eirika, rather surprised at his words, was literally speechlessness for a moment. He had praised her, even offered to help her. In her mind, she could tell he was changed. And this lightened her worries and troubles greatly. The look in his eyes, the tone in his voice, the style of his walk ... even the aura about him. They had all ... changed.

Eirika rose, dusting herself off. She smiled, tilting her head right just by a bit. "It's agreed then. I shall help you and you shall help me. A mutual agreement, yes? Good." She rose a single finger, waving it side to side in a sort of playful way. "And don't you go leaving without me, Nixos. You'll have a very angry friend on your hands, then." She closed both eyes, giggling happily. The word friend was a symbol of unbreakable bondship to her. And using it on Nixos ... meant that she could truly trust him with her life. Suddenly, Eirika slammed a closed fist into her open palm. "Oh my! I nearly forgot!" She looked towards Nixos in a sort of urgent way, hopping away in a giddy fashion. "Nixos! Can you open a corridor to the Sanctuary? I'll only be a moment."

Nixos thrust his hand to the side, a Dark Corridor openning up. This was one of the reasons he couldn't allow Sion to return, for this power had proven very usefully to him. He knew Eirika would understand, and he smiled, just watching her threw the portal. He left it open, praying beyond hope that no one else walked through the portal after Eirika had left it. "There you go, just hurry, I don't want anyone else walking through that."

Eirika nodded, her expression solemn. Her boots clicked loudly as her cape flew high into the air. In a mere moment the elegance and majesty that made up the light-bearing princess had disappeared into the corridor. She'd return quickly, after she had gotten rations. This appeared to be a long trip, and she did not want to be under-supplied.
