Well if you want to make a custom one, I suggest that you use a image program, like Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, or any program that you have. I use Microsoft Picture It! for most of my things, but only because I don't like PSP or Photoshop much. After that, I'd suggest downloading an image map program that allows you to make parts of the layout clickable (to another webpage), and then upload it to somewhere like freewebs.com or any other server.
