Has anyone played this game? I plan on getting it once I get my new computer. From the videos on youtube i've been watching (especially the ones created by Atilla16), this game seems pretty cool. Then I read the wiki on it and theres a new one coming out called Empire Total war and its set in the 1700's and there are now Naval Battles. What makes that even better is you can pick what type of shot you want to use for the Naval Battles.

OMG. BEST GAME EVER!!!!!

I love this game, but after my brother beat it (he comquered the ENTIRE map, took hima a year) my DVD drivefreaked out and died. But I love this game and I would HIGHLY recommend getting it. it beats WoW to death if your into strategy, and the glory of combat.

Lol come to think of it i might be able to play it. Cause if i can play sins of a solar empire without lagging with the graphics turned down as low as they can get then MII: TW shouldn't be any different. So you mod for RTW Trev?

Well.. I don't do all the hard stuff but I go on to ModDB and get stuff from there. I currently have Lord of the Rings TW and Chivalry TW.

Medieval War II is an excellent game once you get the expansions, its a lot of fun really replayable but I suggest if you end up liking the game to go to the Total War Center Forums. Their mods are a lot of fun and vary in what they change but some of the top favorite mods are Broken Cresent and Stainless Steel. Theres also some other sites that have mods that are in Italian. I used to play it until it got screwed up with the last patch so im going to wait for next years Empire Total War. Rome Total War was better than Medieval II Total War but Medieval was still a lot of fun. My comps a few years old and handled the game well, I dont think you should have any problems.

>_> Well my PC should be able to handle it i guess, if i can play Sins of a Solar Empire on my computer with low graphic settings then i should be able to play medieval 2 (i looked at the requirements and they both have the same low setting requirements) so i guess ima go out and get the gold edition today (the one with kingdoms expansion as well).

.... Well guess im going to get it now since my brother wants me to pick him up from his friends house........
