Crossfit.com Its a website where they post WODs (Work out of the day) 3 days on/1 day rest/3 days on/1 day rest/repeat. It can get pretty grueling so they also have scaled down versions of the WOD in the forums. You can just do this and be in the best shape of your life. Anyone else do it or heard of it? I started up a couple of weeks ago and sometimes it makes me cry. Today's WOD is 100 inverted burpees for time. Here's an example of an inverted burpee inverted burpee (It's youtube dont worry) So if I don't show up for a couple of days its probably because I'm in the hospital because of these things |
