Makes total sense… Every time i'm under pressure at work, I make bad or inappropriate decisions and cannot be 100% efficient. |

For so long I assumed feeling stressed was normal but I kept making bad decisions. It’s only after asking for help did I realize I didn’t have to feel this way |

I do think stress can affect our actions but the important thing is how we manage ourselves and our minds when faced with these stressful situations. |

@Howie123 right? I’ve actually noticed that when I force myself to sleep more, the stress doesn’t irritate me as much as it once did. |

@JohnnyT It’s also important to note that stress management becomes part of someone’s daily routine. The more you do it, the more it comes naturally. |
