Crazy how the amount of workload I had last year brought me so much stress and anxiety that I could only sleep 2 hours per night. It made me feel weak and less focus at work. |

Fascinating… My body has always been very sensitive to stress so I try to find ways to wind down and take some time to relax and cool down when I feel overwhelmed. |
