I used to often struggle with anxiety, I couldn't focus and always felt nervous … Personally, doing Yoga regularly was a game changer for me!

Dealing with anxiety everyday can be tiring and overwhelming honestly...But after years of battling with my thoughts I'm finally getting better at controlling them. |

Me and my sister have been diagnosed with anxiety 2 years ago… before, I really thought It was normal to feel tensed all the time. Now I can talk about it and find ways to improve my anxiety levels |

@AbbeyFranchesca I can relate. I was always ashamed of feeling anxious. It was only after talking with someone that I realized I wasn’t the only one who felt like this. |

@George Solomon Anxiety almost became a tiring non-stop sport for me. I find that going to the gym helped to let go of it there. |

I've been struggling with anxiety for the last couple of months. My doctor put me on zoplicone to help me sleep and at the same time my urulogist had me on cipro for preventitive measure, which i later discovered i didn't need it. the fear of being sick has driven me crazy. muscles tensing, insomniac, abdominal cramps, racing heart beat at times..... |
