After my accident, I just assumed I would always feel unsteady, it’s been really helpful speaking with someone and finally feeling like I can be “ok” |

@melissaG Sometimes it’s the simple tests that remind us of the things we bury deep in our minds. They look stupid to do, but it really helps. |

I have haunting memories that I never considered as trauma, but this test made me realize that not only military men can suffer from PTSD. |
