Not much information on this one. As mentioned in another thread, I am not fully caught up with rules for proposals so cannot comment on that and I have not yet read through all the resolutions in place to know if there is something similar in place.

What I will say is that this is a very poorly written proposal. It does not recognise individual sovereignty of Nations and also does not define what it means by "certain people". The proposal also doesn't state what laws should be implemented to restrict gun access.

As the World Assembly Delegate of The Collective Nations and under Article III, section i. of The Referendums Act 2017, I initiate a referendum in the form of a poll on this forum thread on whether to approve this proposal or not. The referendum will end at 8pm, 31st January (ET)

It is my recommendation that this proposal is not approved due to the concerns addressed here and the lack of content in the proposal .
