Perhaps you want to start your own academy to teach the art of superheroics? You should start an academy. Academies function similarly to Teams (see here). The differences are two: An academy must have at least one instructor. This instructor must have a mandatory skill/ability average. If you would like to form an academy and be an instructor, contact me and I will get the averages to you (currently I'm still working on them.) Students of an academy will also get a slight bonus in increasing their skill/ability levels when they practice. Individual schools/academies may choose the average skill/ability level required for graduation--providing the admins OK it. This keeps someone very powerful from remaining in the academy soley for the purpose of getting the practice bonus. The mandatory averages for teachers/students will largely be based upon the level and quality of the training the schoo/academy is intended to provide. |
