I think Raven is right. Well, mostly right, any way. .
:P I'm assuming by this that you mean the lower levels. This would leave the higher levels open to unlock more complicated or difficult tricks/manuvers/stunts/ect. ? |

By what you quoted I mean yes, with higher levels your character would be able to do more complicated things because he/she'd have a better knowledge of the vehicles and how to use them. |
