((OOC: Xerox, can you tone down the aid you are dropping to the enemies? Because that much is definitely OP. OOC: New Jaedonstan, a direct attack on their navy is a no, but sinking a ship or two that's in the way of your convoy's is fine, but inquire about them before you do it please.))
August 2nd, 2016
Litz Meeting
A group of USST staff welcomed the envoy from New Jaedonstan into the meeting, inside was a enormous round table, with the officials from the USST seated on the other side. As the envoy entered, Premier Arkady Rossovich stood up and walked around the table towards them. "Greetings, I am Premier Arkady Rossovich." He said, then turned to face the others at the table, "These are Aristarkh Golovanov, Commissar of Defense, Abram Shirmanov, Commissar of the Air Milita, and Dmitri Egerov, Field Marshal in command of our southern front." He said pointing to each of them as he spoke. "Let us sit down." He finished, returning to his seat as the Guards closed the doors to the room.
Back at Litz Airport, one of the runways had been cleared for the arrival of the envoy from Kad Loto Islands, while the others were being used for the launching of fighter aircraft, which were performing routine patrols of the skies around the Lvov-Rovne front further to the south. ((The Conference (and the port where Balan Bar is docking) will not move at the same rate as the rest of the RP, for the sake of sanity, and shall be treated as a past event and will not be referenced outside the meeting until it is completed. I will slow down with the advancements of both sides until the meeting has concluded.))
Krasnodarian Dispatch to Balan Bar
Recipient: President Teddy R. Hammarskjöld Sender: Grand Prince Samuil Serebrov Subject: The War Effort
Thank you, I will see to it they are kept off the front lines, I will have some of our air bases prepare to receive the rest of them.
Grand Prince Samuil Serebrov August 2nd, 2016
Krasnodaria, Port Zulich
"This is Admiral Valich. Permission granted, you are cleared to dock." A voice responded over the radio, the trucks in the port starting in anticipation of their arrival.

(OCC: Obviously, there are several naval destroyers in the way, I'd say a reasonable amount is 5. Am I cleared for action?) Beevardy and Gen. Richteria shook hands with the Premier and greeted the group as a whole in the traditional Jaedonstonian way (by touching his first three fingers to his temple and bowing his head slightly). Taking a seat, both men glanced at each other and nodded slightly in a unspoken conversation. Beevardy spoke first, trying his best to enunciate despite his slight speech impediment and moderate accent. "I understand that the Kad Loto Islands will be joining us? I have heard nothing but good reports about their military despite their rather.......interesting uniforms. Commissar Golovanov, may I ask where our medical and defensive supplies may be used best? My men are ready to deploy them as soon as needed."

Flight to Litz has just landed
Military Chief TKS: He shakes hands with the airport staff who greets the Kad Loto Islands representatives. "Greetings. I am the Kad Loto Islands military chief. It's my honor to be here in the USST." The officials with him give their greetings as well, and the group heads to the meeting. Once in the meeting, he salutes the officials in the room by holding two fingers up ((it would look like somebody touching their index and middle finger to their glasses, but TKS does not have glasses)). "Greetings, fellow communists. I am TKS, the Kad Loto Islands military chief, and it is a pleasure to be here - the war is not a pleasure, of course. The USST has done nothing to deserve the wrath of these rebels. I'm nearly certain you've heard of Kad Loto Islands' policies of personal freedom, and I do hope you were not worried that our officials would come here unclothed. We wouldn't want to start with a bad impression."
International Diplomat JCV: They smile politely and shake hands with each person in the meeting. "Hello, hello. It's great to see others helping as well. I am JCV, the international diplomat for Kad Loto Islands. The military can't solve everything."
The economic advisor is also in attendance.
-once everyone has arrived-
Military Advisor TKS: "So, what military forces do you need? We have plenty of troops we can send."

[Official Notice to Grand Prince Samuil Serebrov] [Sent From President Teddy R. Hammarskjöld] “Thank you, your Grace. Give use a week’s time and one hundred and ninety thousand peacekeepers will be in Krasnodarian for you to use. While our hospital ships are in the area I have ordered my battleships and destroyers to protect them at all cost. So if you need them to assist your war efforts then you need to get ahold of me, so I can in turn given them new orders”
[End of transmission]
“Roger that” the Admiral Stevens replies then changing the frequencies again “This is Admiral Stevens, all ship carrying cargo are to dock now and begin unloading. Peacekeepers are to depart the ship and await orders from your officers. PKOs, you are to wait for orders from a Krasnodarian officer.” The ships dock in the port and prepare to unload. Peacekeepers begin to leave the ship and form up outside the ships.

((OOC: I discussed an attack on Krasnodarian ships with NJ via Discord, he is cleared to engage 4 ships in the Western Black Sea, sink two of them and damage a third, which will retreat alongside the fourth.))
Litz Meeting
Once everyone had settled in at the meeting, Commissar Golovanov looked to the envoy from New Jaedonstan and answered. "The fighting will be the heaviest on our western front, as we will soon launch a counterstrike against Lvov-Rovne. Most medical supplies and armaments will be needed there. "
Commissar Golovanov then looked to TKS and answered, "Troops we do not need. We have plenty of soldiers. The supplies to keep them going is what we need."
"We will also see to it that you are reimbursed for all aid you supply us with." Premier Rossovich stated as Golovanov finished.
Krasnodaria, Port Zulich
As the ships from Balan Bar docked, the Krasnodarian supply trucks began backing up to the docks, a small group of Krasnodarian Officers led by a Major greeted the convoy from Balan Bar.
"Greetings." The Major said, saluting them. "You may begin offloading at once. Our Sailors will aid you."

Beevardy nodded his head understandingly. "There will be no need for monetary reimbursement. I had discussed the topic with the Ministers and the Vizior. We would only ask that trade be strengthened with our nation, that we would assume dominance over the Black Sea trade, and that you would support us our hour of need." Beevardy glanced at Gen. Richteria and nodded. "Commissar, my men will be pleased to hear that they will be deployed soon. They are restless for some action and eager to prove their worth. Commissar Shirmanov, I have alerted my fighters and bombers to be on standby if needed. I will discuss travel specifics with your and my pilots and aircrews. We will need specifics about the airspace in the vicinity of the drop point and the place of landing, et cetera."

Military Cheif TKS: He thinks for a moment before replying, "I see... Well, we have a back-up storage of supplies, and we could put our military forces towards agriculture to raise food for your soldiers."
Economic Advisor OWG: She nods, and reads some notes. "It seems that having our military trained in agriculture would be economically beneficial, since we could nationalize the food industry with that, TKS. We can discuss that later. Commissar, how much aid do you expect you'll need? Our tax revenue currently is not the greatest, but we can send what we have." She thinks for a moment. "We can also produce weapons and ammunition for you."
International Diplomat JCV: By the time the others have spoken, they do not even need to pause before speaking after OWG. "As for reimbursement, I believe Leader LDK would agree that only about half of the monetary reimbursement will be needed, and for the rest, I will follow Beevardy, and request increased trade."

"It is not fair to the workers for their labor to be handed away to another country. We must insist on full reimbursement. On the subject of trade, our laws are very strict on it, but perhaps something could be arranged. Perhaps the establishment of a bulk sell and bulk buy agreement, for things we could use from one another? As far as dominance over our Black Sea routes, unacceptable. It is simply out of the question." The Premier responded to the two diplomats.
"The production of food would be most helpful, as much of our land we use for Agriculture is directly in the path of Krasnodaria, Atkarsky and Lvov-Rovne. Some areas were struck by napalm in the opening days of the war. In the term of armaments, we can use all the ammunition you can make. We will send you a list of what we use."

The Captain of the BBS Recovery walks off the ship and meets the Major on the docks "Hello sir, it's nice to meet you. Your sailors can board the ships and help we are ready." He stops as Colonel Mustang walks up giving the Major a quick salute "Sir, I'm Colonel Mustang, the commanding officer of the Balan Bar Peacekeepers. Do you have any order for us?"

Beevardy and Richteria shared a glance and Beevardy replied, "I am sure that something can be worked out. As for ammunition and arms, we have as much as you will need. If you wish, our farmers have perfected the art of growing crops swiftly and efficiently, and we may be able to convince some out of season farmers to aid in the growing of crops quickly to be used for your military efforts. They would, of course, have to be recompensed for their time, effort, and danger."
