to prevent future arguments among what can and can't happen in international conflict I feel we need to establish some rules of conflict. These rules should include but are not limited to:
No God-modding No troops randomly appearing places (they should have the entire trip especially if it's in enemy territory) No determining the exact results of your actions (unless in times of ambush or similar events) as the enemy might react different than you think
Other ideas?

Movement rates can be solved now but the map will have to wait on the cartographer

Also, what technology would you allow?

As long as the battle isn't vastly tipped in favor, near future/future could be acceptable

I mean my army uses semi futuristic battle suits and genetically engineered animals but those were both answers to issues I received. I agree with helghan though. Keep it fair

Well, indeed; That's what complicates things. There is little sence in having a fight between two vastly different levels of technolgy, especially when the strategy doesn't account for it.

The downside to my futuristic army is only some of them can wear the suits. Only so much in the military budget ya know?

For now let's just focus on basic ground rules and then we can get more complicated later
