edited the title, we made some good points about moving TA to the Interior, so I added that to the list of things this amendment will do once I actually write it

In the end, I feel that removing the DoTA is the best choice, and Inspector is more or less being removed by the Courts amendment currently in the works. Therefore, this amendment will officially remove Inspector, so as to appease NJ, and dissolve the TA. I am currently writing it and it will be posted as soon as it is finished.
