It in fact practically gives no power to anybody. The power of understanding and acting on the law is given to all officials, like it was before, the power to check any other official is also returned to how it was before. Like I literally just said, it's always been the MoDA's job to oversee domestic affairs. It should remain the MoDA's job to oversee any and all domestic affairs, which would include knowing and understanding our laws and regulations. |

So one person should be left in charge of saying how the law should be interpreted. |

If questioned, yes. Exactly how often is our law unclear though? |

Often enough to make having only one person interpreting it a bad idea. |

I would argue never. Our law is rather fairly clear 100% of the time. It literally says "you cannot do this this and this and here's what happens to you if you do" |

There have been several times where Tulov has asked the justices if something is legal or not and it will happen again. |

Asked about the legality of appointing temporary officers, passwording the region, and about instantly banjecting spammers. I didin't say the law wasn't clear, I'm just saying it doesn't cover everything. |

If the law doesn't cover it, then how would anyone know the legality of it? If it doesn't cover it, the answer is either "doesn't say you can" or "doesn't say you can't". Interpreting the law isn't making up answers for things it doesn't cover. |

Regardless, giving the power to answer that question to one person is unsafe. |
