The Rules; They Be Here
1. Okay! We appreciate spelling and grammar here. This means that if you say 'plz' because it's shorter than 'please', we say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'. If you mispell a word or two, meh, who cares, as long as it's readable. If you mispell every word, you need help. Use Word's spellchecker if need be. Also, don't use big words if you don't know how to spell them, or if you don't ACTUALLY know what they mean. It makes you look stupid. Finally, excessive capitalization (I.E. IF YOUR ENTIRE POST LOOKS LIKE THIS), excessive emoticoning (I'm talking more than one in a row), and excessive punctuation (like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) are not acceptable. (There may be exceptions to this based on context, however.) This is a good guide: http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/1799/omg1np5.png 2. No double-posting; edit button exists for a reason. Exception: if you think an old RP has a little life in it, you may post OOC to the effect off "So, shall we rez this?" and see what the response is. Do not do this more than twice. Also, old means 'more than a month'. 3. We're loose on language here, so I really don't care if you curse. We are NOT loose on flaming or trolling. Note that there is a difference between 'friendly insults' and 'flaming'. Also note that if someone does throw a flame at you, alert one of the smods or admins... but feel free to throw it back too. XD Also, what does and does not count as a flame is the sole purvue of the staffers based on the evidence at hand. 4. No more friggin' private RPs. They're a waste of everyone else's bandwidth.
