Good Liberal Studies Classes?

Does anyone have any suggestions for interesting liberal studies classes, preferably of the ilk of history/anthropology classes?

I tried looking on CourseRank and that really wasn't of much help as data for economics courses was a little overrepresented and there wasn't much for really any other department's courses.

Honestly, it's for precisely this reason I wish not everyone I know in the Arts college was an econ major.

One class that seems interesting is HIST 3630: Combat History. Thoughts anyone?
