What was the toughest class you've ever taken? Which classes are known for being the most difficult?

Autotutorial Bio was murder. Enough said.

CHEM 2090: Engineering General Chemistry was hard for precisely the wrong reasons. In all honesty, the material itself was pretty straightforward by my prof was a jackass who was overly fond of making things needlessly difficult; he really liked demonstrating how much smarter than us he was and how he wrote his exams reflected that. That and he pretty clearly looked on engineers with contempt, especially since we were taking 2090 in the spring, so we were almost by definition non-chemical engineering majors.

ENGRD 2020: Statics and Mechanics of Solids was a more legitimately difficult class as is its sequels: ENGRD 2030: Dynamics and MAE 2120: Mechanical Properties and Selection of Engineering Materials.
