Hello, any upperclassmen premeds that have any advice on what classes to choose, what not to do and anything else in general for incoming freshmen intent on going the premed track?

The standard schedule freshman year is usually Intro Bio, Intro Chem, FWS, and Math.
It'll probably be tough but just don't procrastinate or worry too much if you get something on the median. Premeds tend to freak out if they don't get perfect grades (I sure did). College was such a big wake up call for me but I think as long as you get on the median you are still in the running.

is it possible to get a 3.7+?? or would that jeopardize your social life?

It's definitely possible but its harder to do in some majors than others. Balancing your social life depends on the individual and how good you are at time management.
