A noise, like a lot of small children chattering, eminated from the odd banana-shaped house. A large mast could be seen behind the house and the crashing of waves could be heard from far away.

Do you people know how to RP? You use third-person when describing actions/thoughts/emotions, etc. You "Quote" if you or someone is talking, and you ((do this)) when OOC. Got it? RP in a nutshell!
