Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile
Not exactly as Rx'd w/ 25# Vest. (Had to run the last mile after working with a client)
About 50 Minutes? Ran the first mile in 9:00. Pull ups and Push ups completed at as the clock ticked past 28:00. Then came to a complete stop on squats. Down to sets of 10. Ugly.
