Broke my foot. D'oh!

Friday rest day

As many rounds in20mins of

5 x 40kg shoulder press
10 x pull up
15 x press up

managed 8 rounds.

Plaster cast got in the road a little bit when pressing so might have to change that a wee bit but this was a good one.


Sunday

went to the climbing wall and had a great neck workout watching all the guys climb

Monday

Warm up on rower

21-18-15-12-9-6-3-reps of

pull up
ring press up

then did some seated shoulder press just to see what it felt like. Feels better than the standing press, not so off centre

Tuesday

Workout from Coach Steadman

As many reps possible in 20mins of seated muscle ups

Total reps - 83

Was supposed to be full muscle ups but not done any in a long time.

Then did 10 min of l-sits and tuck sits
