For Time

50 ring rows, 50 push ups
50 ring rows, 40 push ups
50 ring rows, 30 push ups
50 ring rows, 20 push ups
50 ring rows, 10 push ups

Time - 17:38

This one was great, arms and back were pumped so much after it. Was very happy with my push ups - managed over 30 in a row in the first set which is a big jump for me.
