Death by Pull Up

17 rounds plus 12 pull ups. New PR.

then

10 - 1 reps of
Knees to elbows
Renegade rows 2 x 16kg kettlebell
Get up sit up l/r 16kg kettlebell

Time 26mins 24secs

Pull ups felt strong right up to about the 13th round then the got very broken. Kempies workout was nasty!
