For those of you in the general central scotland area its Derek (aka princess to jackie n jools ) if not then hey im Derek, used to work with Big Davie in Airdrie now a reluctant employee of JJB Fitness Club. Finally gettin my bum in gear and training again, since shooting up to 13 stone from 12 * . So for the last few weeks ive been mainly doing KB workouts, but going to make a more positive effort to get back to CrossfitCS and get some real training done. Anyway just thought Id say hi before turning up just randomly unannounced, dnt think ive ever posted on this before. None the less another shift beckons, I can feel the braincells dying off already.
