Missed training yesterday, needed day off.

Tried to do a combination of yesterdays and today's WOD.

1000 mtr row + Burgener WU

Run 400 mtrs + 20 pull ups + 20 dips

5 laps for time

31.53

Running is definitely getting more manageable
