Hello All, Thought I would say "Hi" over here before starting my training log on this forum A little background: M/27/64kg. I have had a keen interest in functional fitness/training for a long time. I have been messing about with CrossFit for a wee while, but for various reasons have only in the past couple of weeks been able start devoting my full time, efforts and energies to CrossFit. Now that I am "full-time", I have no plans (training-wise) to do anything else but CrossFit, and related activities. Ever
:lol: Oh...and randomly, as this is the Central Scotland site... I am living near London now, moved back down last year. Prior to that, I was in Scotland for the best part of a decade (uni, then working), part of which was a wee stint working in Motherwell So hello Motherwell
