Rest day. Spent day with my family, who were visiting from Newcastle.

16 DL, 16 PP (RHS)
16 DL, 17 PP (LHS)

100 knee hugs to finish - 3 mins 40 secs

Not sure why, but I felt physically sick for 5 mins after finishing! Maybe it was because I had a headache earlier, because I ate dinner late, because I trained at 9.30pm, or because the heating was on for the 1st 5 mins... Either way, great session :D
