Warm up,
Rope work technique and Double unders. Getting there, now can get about 3 doubles in a row. How hard core am i. :ph43r:

I've been working on HSPU for a few weeks. Now up to 3 sets of 10 so this killed me. Had to sub L pull with tuck sit pulls.

22:31 will be faster next time. :angry:
