1 minute KB swing (16kg)
1 minute press-up
1 minute rest

Round 1 = 75 reps
Round 2 = 79 reps
Round 3 = 77 reps
Round 4 = 75 reps
Round 5 = 75 reps
Round 6 = 67 reps (this is where my blister burst just as Davie was taking my photo)
Round 7 = 73 reps
Total = 521 reps

Then 1 minute jumping squats = 36 nr
