Sunday 30.03.08 - training with the Demons Softball team Kempies 5 mins of pain 5 mins to complete each separate workout-faster you do it the more rest you get. If you dont complete it go straight into the next workout when the clook beeps Workout 1 - 30 burpee Workout 2 - 21-15-9 reps of thruster 2 x 10kg DB + KB Swing 16kg Workout 3 - 30 burpee Workout 4 - 21-15-9 reps of Push press 2 x 10kg DB + SDHP 16kg KB Workout 5 - 30 burpee The above nicked from Davie's workout log (cheers mate!) except for the weights 'cos I'm a weakling |
