Started nights tonight which is a nightmare for training.

Forced rest day today and looks like it will be another tomorrow as i'm out at 6 instead of 10pm.

Going to try and fit in some KB stuff if i get a chance when i eventually rise from my pit of sleep.

Any ideas for a short workout pass them my way.

Only going to be using a KB.

:angry: I hate nightshift makes me grumpy. :angry:
