Went for challenge on FK.UK

100 x BW deadlifts for time - 90kg

7.06

Was going for sub 5 minutes and had set to do 20 per minute. Was running smoothly for first 60 but slowed a little from there. Glutes and lower back started to go about 70 and then it was 10's and 5's from there.

A bit disappointed in time but there is always next time.

Finished with some pull ups and ring dips - not a good idea. Saw my breakfast
