Friday 2 May 5 mins to complete each separate workout Workout 1 - 30 burpee (1min approx) Workout 2 - 21-15-9 reps of thruster 8kg db + KB Swing 16kg Workout 3 - 30 burpee (1.20 approx) Workout 4 - 21-15-9 reps of Push press 8kg db + SDHP 16kg Workout 5 - 30 burpee(1.20 approx) Big D and me estimate workout total time of about 12 mins so had good rest in sets 1,3 and 5. Might go back for more the mora.... we will see....I am lovin it woo hoo |
