nae bother wed 1-1-1-1-1 shoulder press maxed out at 60kg 3-3-3-3-3 push press maxed out at 80kg 5-5-5-5-5 push jerk kept weight at 80kg still weak with antibiotics, well thats my excuse thursday morning 5.5.mile run legs tired today, but still groovy |
