raining this morning, no out door training today

into the garage for the grappling circuit..

bent over row
upright row
shoulder press
good mornings
left split squat
right split squat
squat press
stiff legged dead lift
burpees

8 repetitions of each exercise before moving to next exercise, perform all exercises before putting bar, ovioulsy no bar for burpees, that would be silly

1st set with olypmic bar, 2nd set 5kg on each side, 3rd set 6 1/4kg, 4th set 7.5 kg, 5th set 6 1/4 , 6th set 5kg

rest then tgu and windmill practice
