Warm up as before x 3

deadlift a plate x 10 (60K)

then right in to

Deadlifts a doddle @ 100k

spent the time on broken sets of full hand stand pressups with out getting held against a wall

getting better at HSPU, manage about 10 b4 pushing myself away from the wall causing me to rehandstand any tips? strength ok its the balance aspect, nose to the floor by the way
