Work in a gym, love CrossFit, hate body-builders ( apart for Derek), married, 2 kids, 1 dog, skin head (again), 33, liked Matrix Reloaded but bowed to public pressure and said it was crap, can do bar muscle ups but not ring ones, like cheap bourbon and cola( not had any in a while) you get the idea
