50 box jumps 2o inch step
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings 8kg medicine ball
walking lunge 50 steps (this raised some eyebrows in my car park)
50 knees to elbows (did knees to chest on pull-up bar)
50 push press 20kg oly bar
50 back extensions
50 wall ball 5kg med ball
50 burpees 2x25
50 double unders (did normal girly ones )

24 mins dead

really enjoyed that one, for some reason I wanted to punch Malky after each set, could anyone explain?
