ran home from work today- 6miles, gave myself a bit of a challenge today, ran back the Docharty heights which has a 2 mile hill rising to 1000 feet, the rest of the run was well undulating, when I got home I was in a cold sweat never been like that before. I totally believe my getting to the top of the hill was due to crossfit as I tried it 6 months ago and had to walk nearing the top.

having said all that, will have to do 2 wod tomorrow cos Im to knackered hope its not a hard one :(
