Oh dear spoke to soon, floored with sore throat, bumming headache and fever ridden joints for last three days, no training, so back to it today. BW 56kg Back squat/below parallel 60kg x3 65kg x3 70kg x3 75kg x3 80kg x3 75kg x3 70kg x3 plus some core work. |
