Well this one was harder than it sounded, or maybe I am still not 100% well yet.

Warm up - 2 times round shinty pitch then 6x50m strides

Four rounds

8kg med ball for cleans 20 reps
100ft walking lunge about 30 lunges
7kg db snatches right then left 10 reps

9,7,7, pull ups on shinty shed rafters( I felt like rocky)

Practise hand stands push ups (am I ever going to be able to do them)
