Oh my god! hardest yet for me. I can still hardly use my arms and my workout was 2 hours ago!!!!!

Pull-ups 10 rounds- first 3 rounds i managed but had to do jumping pull-ups after that

Ring dips-sub 30 bar dips-first 3 rounds i managed but then had to go to bench dips after that, sorry i wimped out.

Time-26.32 :(
