Am 45min run

Pm "cindy"


1.5mile run w/up
5 pull-ups
10 push ups
15 squats

All done as asked

14 rounds plus 4 pull-ups in 20 mins


Just like to introduce "toots" my 8yr old daughter

1.5 mile jog w/up

5 assisted pull-ups
5 assisted press ups
5 bum to grass squats

9 rounds in 5 mins

A wee crossfitter in the making ;)
