Decided to do wee kettlebell workout this am Thanks for book Davie, took the ex out of there. 3 rounds of waiter press r/l x12 8kg single arm swing r/l x12 8kg finger and press thumb pressing a bottom up k/bell x12 12kg sdhp x12 20kg (malkys) fair enjoyed it.
