Well two workouts today;

Snatch with oly bar 30 reps 2.04

Back squats

5 reps @70kg
3 reps @75kg
3 reps @77.5kg
3 reps @ 77.5kg
1 rep @80kg
1 rep @82.5kg
1 rep@ 82.5kg
1 rep@85kg F
1 rep @ 85kg F

Bit dissapointed with squats today, last week did 3 reps at 80 thought I was on for a single of 90 today, but you know what thought did eh :(
