Back to it today after a weeks recuperation. My friend Lorraine joined me today in the gym, it is great to have company so much more motivation.

Core work 15 mins

5x5
deadlifts
hang clean
push press
squat

Really enjoyed this one :)

Started with 14kg,16kg,18kg,20kg,20kg

Overhead Squat with bar only 5x5
