Trust me to do 4x10 pull ups last night :huh:

1-bench press 40kg 10reps
10 pull-ups full hang no kipping (just cos i dont know how to!!)

2-bench press 42.5kg 8 reps
8 pull ups

3-bench press 45kg 5 reps
7 pull-ups

4-bench press 47.5kg 2reps
4 pull-ups

5-bench press 50kg 1 rep
5 pull-ups
